(1) I want to be leader of this organization because I really love this organization and I think I can lead this organization very well, it has always been a dream of mine to become leader of LSPD.
(2) I want to lead this organization because I believe I can make a real difference. I’m not just looking for a title or recognition—I’m looking for an opportunity to contribute to something bigger.
(3) For me, leadership is about guiding others, learning from each other, and making a positive impact. I’m ready to put in the work and help us grow into something we can all be proud of.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

If I lead this organization I think people that come to LSPD or join LSPD will have a great bond in between them so that there will be no chaos in the city. Everyone in my term will receive a good paycheck and I think if I give out good bonuses more people will come to LSPD and city can be more safe. In this way I think we can improve the roleplay level in the organization.
