2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I would like to make positive changes within the department, such as making it more active and control the gang activities in city.
- I have devised a plan that includes a new training system , improving the bonus system to boost the activity and strict the Internal affairs to maintain a professional image throughout my term. Additionally, I plan to reintroduce old ranks and departments, reminiscent of LSPD's prime, utilizing experienced High Commands to ensure efficient organization management. Additionally, I have also planned some new strategies for the Special Response team within LSPD.
- I would like the change the common problem which many leaders previously have faced "Inactivity" and some mass rule breaks. I would like to change that to having excellent and trained professional members in events,my focus will be having members at any point of time. I will ensure the activity of LSPD in events and other activities throughout the city like towing and patrolling. However, my main focus will be having good members in events like Store robberies, Aircraft Carrier, Subs, Informant and Vehicle Escort.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I would like to impliment intensely training session the new commers into the LSPD About the city boundaries, responsibilities and handling intense situations.
We would like to arrange weekly meetings in between our High Commands to discuss our weekly targets and implement them.
We would encourage each member of the org should use his radio which helps us too asses the situation and prepare ourselves in events.
We will also maintain healthy relationship and help other organization whenever they need our assistance.
