Hello,
Dear Pablo Schmidt

First, the player who created the forum, ID 182933, admits in the linked video that he came there to provoke us. He also says he is targeting us out of frustration over his friend’s ban and wants revenge. This clearly shows bad intentions, as you can see in the video here:

also the forum that I got banned from: Reviewed - Mass Rule Breaks | 175499 + 146955 + 119582

The word 'oğlum'

The video begins with me using the term "oğlum," thread owner didn't add previous conversations and the admin didn’t ask for the earlier part, but anyway.
In the Turkish language, the word "oğlum" has two distinct meanings:

1. A form of address or informal way to call someone (e.g., "hey, oğlum!").

2. A literal meaning, as in "I am your father, and you are my son."

In my case, I used the word in the first sense, as a form of address, and not as an insult. if you google translate the word oğlum it will translate as the son
There are many forums that I can give examples for this topic for this interpretation in previously handled forums. For example:
1. In this forum: Rejected - GR 3.1 | 217424, the term "oğlum" was used as non-offensive, and the admin responded with:
Rejected: There is no OOC insult in POV. He isn't saying it to insult someone. (same situation that Im in).

2. Another relevant case is found here: Reviewed - Sexual Harassment | 124042 again no punishment.

In all these examples, the term was not considered insulting, and I used it in the same manner. If you show the video that I'm saying 'oğlum' to any Turkish speaker, they would confirm that my usage was not intended to insult anyone but this player is exploiting it to get me banned. ID 182933 has engaged in such behavior. For instance, in this forum: Approved - GR 3.1 + GR 3.2 I 77551
this is not his first try if you check his forum page u will see a lot of similar attempts to provoke others. However, those individuals were less patient than we have been in handling such behavior also no action has been taken against him about TARGETING

I request that you carefully consider the evidence I have presented, including the linked videos and related forums and you will understand me. The situation I am in is both unfair and frustrating, and I believe a fair resolution is necessary.

Thank you for your time and reconsideration

Best Regards,

Pink Panther
