Life Story: Thunderr Storm, from Gujarat to Los Santos for Some issue of studies and his father transfer , faced financial strain. Joining Government was his dream from starting but he failed the interview in Gujarat. But after getting transfer in Los Santos he tried but failed. At that moment Thunderr Storm entered into crime world and joined gang named Vagos after joining he killed many officers and got arrested it was impossible to get bail as he was in gang. He got escaped by one of the courpted officer. Since his father and mother left him because he joined the gang. So he left from crime world for his parents and Entered normal world. He was having some knowledge about LSPD so he gave his interview in Lspd and he passed and now he is Respective person in lspd and gained education's transformative power in the vibrant tapestry of Los Santos.
Outcomes:
1- Thunderr can pickup any weapon from the ground and use that for his own defence. (within reason of rules)
2- Thunderr can easily drive cars (except supercars) on rough roads (will not break any kind of RP while driving).
3- Thundercan offer to become a citizen hostage for 100k maximum and Leo hostage for 100k maximum
4- Thunder can offer to provide information to Illegal organization and legal organization about each other for bribes
5- Thunder have a special waterproof/bulletproof mini bodycam in his sunglasses 24/7 for his safety.
