I was being formed for GH rule 1.3 i was there for contacting the leader because they were saying that u should sell properties that we have captured to them and then i did go there for talking them ic not ooc also have proof of their deputy talking with my leader so im deputy of vagos the leader of ballas was not replying on fourms we decided that only me go to check if they are doing any activity or he is not on city ! here is the fourm link: Approved - Ghetto Rule 1.3 | 161899
