Dear, Donte Shepard

I was banned on 25/12/2024 for 7 days for insulting. On 25/12/2024, during a robbery, although I did what I was told without thinking, after the robbery they tied my hands and put a bag on my head and told me. And I responded with an insult, which I regret, just then I made a mistake, everyone makes mistakes.
I am sincerely sorry for what happened. I am new in town and I have always played by the rules but this time I made a mistake everyone makes mistakes forgive me.
I don't want to go unpunished, I just want my 7 day ban to be replaced with a 180 minute mute. I promise it won't happen again.
