hello, the minimum you can sell a car for is 50% of its state value, and the full amount for the car sale should be paid through the vehicle exchange menu. Avoiding the selling/buying system will lead to punishment for GR 1.9
hope that clears up the uncertainty, final decision is up to chief admins.
