Chiko Fayaz was born and raised in Los Santos, proudly holding American nationality. Growing up in such a vibrant and chaotic city, her ambitions sought to make a difference. So she entered the Los Santos Police Department, marking the start of her career in public service.
Through the years, Chiko had served with the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP), National Guard (NG), and even the Government (GOV). She was recognized for her determination and skill; however, her time in law enforcement wasn't perfect.
Often, Chiko's actions bordered on illegality and made her the "bad cop." Sure, flashes of brilliance flashed in her thinking from time to time; yet, such choices did more harm than good. Some people believed she was a rule-breaker who took advantage of her position in personal deals, while others felt she was a product of tough streets-just Los Santos being Los Santos.
Ambition and mistakes make up Chiko's story, proof that one's path gets lost even when one means well. She's ultimately a reminder that life is rarely black and white-especially in Los Santos.

1. Chiko can easily drive cars (except super cars) on rough roads without breaking any RP.
2. Chiko can carry a hidden, waterproof ballistic camera in his belt 24/7 & doesn’t need to refresh it, the footage is uploaded to a personal server in real-time using internet. If he dies, his lawyer can access the footage and use it to build a case file against the murderer.
3. Chiko can offer to become a citizen hostage for a maximum of $100k and a LEO hostage for a maximum of $100k.
4. Chiko can offer to provide information to Illegal organization and legal organization about each other for maximum 50k bribe.
