Approved CR, RDM & GR 6.19 | 126233, 168565

As you can see in POV, The player "126233" started Doing CR while i was running from PH. He intentionally started doing car ramming at timestamps10:55. and the other guy(168565) used "N" Words at timestamps10:55. Which is the violation of GR 6.19. Then the guy came out of the car and killed me without any reason at 10:56. Please take a look and make your decision.
