I am writing to you today to request a review of my 60-day ban sanction, for investigation concerning the installation of a menu mod on my PC. I understand that such actions violate your rules, but I want to outline the circumstances in which this incident occurred. It was revealed that a menu mod was installed on my PC, which led to the investigation and banning of my account. However, I want to make it clear that I was never responsible for installing this mod menu. It was another person, who had access to my computer, who performed this action without my consent. This person unfortunately died in a car accident so I can't bring him back unfortunately for the investigation on my account I am sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and I assure you that I had no intention of violating your rules. I would ask you to take care of the take into account these exceptional circumstances and reassess my situation.
