Greeting,
So recently an ex COO of Lifeinvader put a comment in cc against LI, I replied to her in cc and my comment was not disrespectful, provocative or toxic in any way.
My comment contains sarcasm but i did not use any below the belt words. Even if it is provoking then I believe it is nothing but IC provoking for which they can save their bodycam and get me punished icly. even after this incidence when she made a complaint in LI discord, I maintained professionalism while she was constantly provoking us.
When i asked our curator about this they replied "Comment was enough provocative to be punished for a deputy", I don't know how my IC rank matters to it unless i am a leader.
Secondly, I provided proofs requested by curators of why she was Blacklisted from org, Then Laura asked me to remove the blacklist, I remember Floki mentioned that if we have proofs then It's an IC issue, Blacklist will only be removed in case if it was given without any reason or RP which falls under fail RP.
In my opinion my punishment is unfair, we all have seen much worse commenters not being punished saying it's IC provoking then how come my comment with just a bit sarcasm is being said "Next time it will be a harsher punishment" by curators. Neither my wording and nor my sentence is provocative.
