1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Reason - 1
1.The first reason i want to became an LSPD leader because i have lot of experience in LEO. I was Chief of Staff times in LSPD,SAHP,FIB but i like LSPD most because i spent lot of time there and i love this org most. Snice i have lot of experience in this org that's why i think i can run this org properly with my experience.
Reason - 2
Also i have a good team and also i have good influence in city so i can bring those people who can run this org properly and i want to make sure that there is no favoritism in my term.
Reason - 3
I have a good relation trough out the city also i have good relation with other legal org so i can improve org relation ship between LSPD and other orgs also i have good influencial deputy who past a long tine in legal orgs and he got good relation with other orgs leader to.
2. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) I will conduct multiple trading season between LSPD and other orgs. My swat team will conduct special training with NG. These practical drills will sharpen response times, improve decision-making, and instill confidence in the officers to handle every challenge accurately and with composure.
2) I will appoint a good public relation team they will improve the relation between LSPD and normal citizen they will conduct exclusive event for citizen and they will maintain the relation between LSPD and other orgs also.
3) I will conduct regular high command exams to in sure all of my high command highly qualified for there respected position so they can manage any type of situation and they can handle more situation RPly.
