I grew up in a small town, the son of a respected lawyer and a loving, but fiercely independent, mother. My childhood was filled with books, music, and the endless summer days of my youth. My father, a man of principle, was caught in a web of political intrigue, accused of corruption and betrayal. The scandal shattered our family, leaving me with a deep sense of disillusionment and a burning desire for justice. I joined the Secret Service, driven by a need to serve, to protect, to make a difference. I believed in the ideals of integrity and honor, but the world I entered was far more complex, far more dangerous.

My career in the Secret Service started with a burning desire to serve my country. I was drawn to the challenge of protecting the governor, the responsibility of safeguarding the capital and department of corrections. I rose through the ranks, honing my skills, earning the trust of my superiors. I was good at my job, maybe even exceptional. Somewhere along the way, something shifted. The constant pressure, the relentless scrutiny, the weight of responsibility began to wear me down. I saw the corruption, the abuse of power, the whispers of secrets traded for favours. I saw how easily the line between right and wrong could blur, how easily ambition could overshadow integrity. Then, I met her. A woman with eyes that held a dangerous allure, a voice that promised secrets and power.
