Background story of the family:
In the world of Grand RP, there was this highly notorious family called The Crew. They were a group of friends who had made it big in the role-playing world through their passion and had changed it into a legendary legacy. The Crew consisted of five members: the fearless leader Luca, the genius of technology known as Valentino, the driver; Jake, the strategist; Gumi and Dora, the smooth-talking negotiator.
Luca ran with highly daring plans, not to mention his good leadership skills. She had an inspiring trend that was always getting The Crew in adventure after adventure. Starting from heists to race, even helping causes; all this was under Luca's wing. Besides being one of the guys who'd do anything daring, Valentino was that fellow who could hack his way through anything. Gumi was the best driver in town and could get through the tiniest lanes, outrunning any person that would ever try to follow. Dora was the brains of the strategies they had; she was always thinking ahead, making sure everything ran accordingly. Jake, with his charisma, could talk himself out of any situation, thus making him the perfect negotiator.
One day, The Crew received word of a large shipment of rare cars coming into Los Santos. They devised an elaborate plan to intercept the shipment and show who's boss. Night falling, they put their plan into action with Luca at the helm. Valentino hacked the security cameras, Gumi readied her sleek car for the chase, Dora coordinated the movements, and Jake created diversions to keep the guards busy.
It was an epic operation, where not only did The Crew secure the rare cars, but also it earned respect and admiration from all over the city. Their reputation boomed, and with this, they became legends in the Grand RP community-a proof that teamwork and good friendship can conquer any challenge. Since then, The Crew continued with further escapades, prepared for a new thrilling action to fall into their laps in Los Santos.
Our short term goals:
1. To increase the size of our small family with reliable people.
2. To occupy the territories that belong to us.
3. To grow further and gain the respect we deserve.
4. To Manage more events like before in Mall robbery/Bank robbery/Harbour/Components/Rp ticket factory
Our long term goals:
1. Get more business for the family.
2. Replace our family cars with luxury cars.
3. Be among the top 10 best families.
4. Make long-term alliances with other families.
Our family rules:
1. Respect each other.

Our Ranking system:
1. Gyapotszedo: Newcomers, before the verbal interview get this rank.
2. Member: This is a basic rank, with you can participate in events and take care of the family businesses.
3. Elite: Our reliable but still fresh people get this rank.
4. Vip member: Our old members are given this rank, they are already responsible for managing the ranks below them.
5. Businessman: This is the highest rank that can be achieved by those who havent been with us since the foundation.
6. Under Deputy: This is the rank of those members who have been with us since the beginning. In the absence of the managers, they are responsible for managing the family.
7. Deputy: This rank belongs to two people, the two co-founders. We discuss all changes affecting the family together. In the absence of the manager, they have full decision-making rights.
8. Leader: The founder rank. Complete control over the family, manages the start of all events and manages the family's finances.
