: By becoming the leader of families, I want to prove my leadership skills and lead the gang to top.

: I have been an Under Deputy in Gangs for 6 different terms, and decided to gear up and be the leader of families. By becoming a leader I will have the opportunity to handle a turf and I will be able to help everyone by hosting events and distributing bonuses equally.

: If I get a chance to become the leader of families, Firstly I would ensure that there is no discrimination against anyone. I will hire the best of the best deputies to handle the gang and will devote all my time in the the gang only. I will ensure that no one abuses their powers and rights against others and there is no fighting.

: By becoming the Leader of families I will set my goals to keep the gang only on top. And won't let any other gang surpass me and my gang. I will provide equality to everyone and talk to them maturely ensuring their safety and having their best time ever in the gang.

: My advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization by ensuring that my deputies and I be available 24/7, and will handle situations maturely and then, I will ensure that under my leadership, my deputies and I keep the gang active 24/7 and do events the whole time.

: I will ensure that everyone get bonuses and that it should be reasonable.
