2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Los Santos Police Department is one of the most important legal organizations in the city, and the one and only organization put interests in criminals wipe and safe and security for citizens and tourists who visits our city to explore the city and have fun here. As a leader of Los Santos Police Department have to capable and experienced and most intense of confidences and patient. Our main goal and objective in LSPD is give every citizen in Los Santos comfortability and full of safe and secure life. Also as well, we have to set Max number for every situation we face as patrolling, towing, and processing every criminal who tries to attempt to go on the wrong way of state rules. On the other hand which is the most important goal as a leader of LSPD is to check everyone who is in LSPD have full experience in server/admin rules and be sure there is no chance of rule break. Last but least, favoritism, toxicity and racism are forbidden in this ORG to create a really good family and friends relationships.
1. Activity and effectiveness:
As a leader of LSPD I will check to recruit employees and officers in different time zones and huge numbers for full activity and attending in the most important situations we face such as: Hostage situation, FZ raid, BM raid, Gang raid, Subs, Aircraft carrier, Bank protection, Ghetto patrols, etc.. to reach the full activity and effectiveness in the ORG.
2. Patrolling and Towing:
People in Los Santos thinks that LSPD is just org of officers who attend events and ATM robberies and wait in HQ for any 911 call and only 1 officer respond to this 911 call which is wrong. the abbreviation of LSPD Los Santos Police Department which is we have to put interests in patrolling and towing and be sure we have max numbers of officers available for these kind of missions and also giving fines to give people in Los Santos a lesson to not go in this wrong way.

- Ex Voges Deputy
of towing, Human recourses HC, Internal Affairs HC and Head of Detective in LSPD I realised with a Specialist division in LSPD can really put a huge effect and impact on criminal gang terrorists activities. As a Chief of LSPD will carry these missions and tasks in a great way of work and planned strategies and experienced tactics to improve the thinking way of the people in LSPD. Putting more confirmation increase on experienced HC to train our new officers and make them have full knowledge of expertise.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
Advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. Building huge relationships with other ORGS which is the most important thing in any situation we face, to create a good full teamwork and be 100% sure that we have the full strength and power against any criminal activity. And of course wiping all the kind of toxicity and racism between the orgs.
2. The quality of RP, what I mean about the quality is we are going to do the full of reality actions without any type mixing and MG and follow all kind of state and server rules.
3. A full rework in ranking and training system. When I was in LSPD, I feel that there are many ranks in LSPD doesn't have any meaning and uncalled. Every rank in LSPD is going to have the full task for it and full of activity. Instead of just filling the name of ranks without any kind of mission or purpose for it. In training system as well, there are going to be a different types of training department to be full ensure that every officer have the experience and knowledge of his tasks and mission. Also, there will be added shooting training to gain the full power and strength against any criminal activity. as well as for the strategies and tactics for it.
The departments are going to be available during my leadership duration are:
1. HR
2. Special operations
3. SWAT
4. Detectives
5. Towing
6. Internal Affairs
