Hello so i opened a forum against (id- 167937) for rdm because he killed me without any demands when i was doing caravanning he didn't even told me to pull over or anything he just came out of his car and killed me without ant demands so i opened a forum against him for rdm when i asked the admins satish royal replied and told me to open a forum against him so i opened and now he is telling that it is not considered as rmd or something i dont even know that but the person should get punished for rdm because he didn't gave me any demands here is the screen shot of what satish royal said-
