The forum got rejected because the pov is less than 1 min

In the pov it can be clearly seen he car rammed me on purpose and ran away which is clearly justified in 20 seconds of the video there was acutal no need of whole pov if u clearly see but tony still rejected it idk why.
I want u to look at it again please because the rule break is clearly shown in pov and the rule is pov can be less than 1 min if the rule break can be seen properly

Video is 7 sec and ur on the street someone can hit u by accident while ur on the street, its ghetto people dont want to be slow so its basicly a car accident from my side.
