I am writing to appeal the ban I received on Dec 29, 2024 for bug abuse during a roleplay session. I would like to clarify the situation and provide an explanation of what happened.
During a redzone session, my game crashed, and I couldn’t continue playing. When I relaunched the game, I was already unconscious. I did not use any bugs abuse ; the crash happened unexpectedly. I believe the decision taken against me was unfair as I had no control over the situation.
If necessary, I can provide further details or logs to clarify the situation. I am more than willing to work with the staff to resolve this misunderstanding.
