Life Story
Rio a wealthy child is born into a rich family and bred within luxuries and privileges. He is raised as lavish habits by his father, and entirely frustrated. Thus, Rio spent off thousands of money owing to huge parties, useless purchases, drugs and such lavish things with his father never stopped trying.One day, he has finally lost his anger with the money being wasted by his son in partying and other things so he take discission, sending him to an elite boarding school in the U. S. A where the culturing part of the schooling would change rios mind. This would give discipline to rio.This made him develop a greater appetite for good life rendering it even much spoilt because he had none of that bookish reputation; there was stricct and bending the rules are always around him. One of the things that Rio did was to find ways to seek luxuries denied by the school's rules. He quite speedily gained reputation as a bad child who lived life to the fullest. His early life was like a torn sheet of paper that could not be regenerated on the one hand were the expectations from his father, and on the contrary, an almost insatiable gluttony for wealth and glamor.
Career Story
Rio soon grew bored with a life spent working at the Los Angeles Police Department after completing law school, so he began his search for gold and silver and everything that would relish wealth, luxury, and power. His destination was FIB, where he became a terrific investigator for his exceptional ability to understand the world of criminals.
In the FIB, Rio led a different kind of life where he had relationships with gangs for money, drugs, or luxuries, although he kept pretending to be an agent. Although he still had his aspirations, Rio had also cut down on illegal operations through the FIB. He was actually a tremendous source of superb tips to the agency, helping to take down many dangerous syndicates.
For selfish reasons, Rio had to do immoral things, but he countered the gangs with justice. A life spent in constant strain could even be called constant wealth and luxury with satisfaction at capturing high-profile criminals due to the leverage afforded him by his position within both worlds.
