You can clearly see in both instances that this guy is looking behind himself so he can ram me out of the road during the race. First ram at 0:14, second ram at 0:28.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to reject this report.

• It appears to be Desync, seeing as his car had no effect (It didnt go flying), and he was trying to block you, a strategy often used by pro racers IRL.
