Dear Admin Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to provide context regarding the recent incident that led to my warning and jail sentence. I believe it was a misunderstanding caused by a technical issue, and I kindly request a review.

The Situation​

I was in the ghetto of Los Santos, spraying my gang organisation's graffiti, when suddenly I was surrounded by members of the Bloods gang. They shot at me and took me hostage. I role-played fear for my life by putting myself on my knees, hands behind my head (as shown in the attached video).

Voice Communication Issues​

During this encounter, my in-game voice chat was not functioning properly. I could not hear the demands of the Bloods gang as the voice audio was completely absent. This is evident in the video recording I’ve included.

Misunderstanding​

Due to the lack of voice communication, I believed they wanted me to sit in their car as a hostage. I followed what I thought were their instructions but was shot as I got into the vehicle. Realising the issue, I stepped out of the car and explained the voice chat problem in the open chat, asking for clarification on their demands.

Admin Intervention​

An admin arrived shortly afterwards and issued a warning and jail sentence for improper RP. While I respect the admin’s decision, I feel the technical issue was not fully considered. I was also denied the chance to explain myself before I got warn and put to jail.

Troubleshooting Efforts​

I have already created a thread in the technical support forum to address the voice chat issue to prevent this from happening again.

Closing Remarks​

I deeply regret any disruption this misunderstanding may have caused. It was unintentional and primarily caused by a technical issue beyond my control. I kindly request a review of the situation with the attached video evidence. If needed, I am more than willing to discuss this further.
