2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have been part of so many organizations both in the LEO and criminal sides of the city. Time spent in all the different criminal groups, including families, has been quite rewarding. I've seen leaders as young as 18 years old, which gives me confidence in my own potential to lead. My experience in the city and the gangs places me well, I believe, to manage an organization and prove my worth. The Families gang has recently been suffering from consistent leadership, and I feel this is a good time to step up and take it to its rightful place at the top. Of the different criminal organizations, one of the best is Families, and the potential in them is great. They simply haven't been able to realize that potential, and that is why I want to lead and take it to the next level. Getting to be a leader in any organization has always been on my bucket list, and now this is just the greatest chance. With my past experience in high command roles and my strong understanding of both city rules and gang culture, I’m well-equipped to take control of Families and lead it to success. I’ve led events, ensured operations run smoothly, and have a deep understanding of what it takes to make a gang thrive.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As the leader, I will ensure our active participation in all events. I am on mentioning how much it's required, the duty for us in following all RP commands and rules upon each RP situation we get. My emphasis would be mainly interaction with LEO in hostage taking, store robberies, gun stores to the most wonderful role-playing experience any person gets within our role.During my term there will be no tolerance for toxicity. Anyone engaging in Disrespective behavior will be immediately removed from the gang to maintain a respectful and positive environment for all members.Beyond events, my leadership will also prioritize expanding our territory, strengthening our turf, and engaging in clands and battleship activities.
