I was using Xbox Gamebar to record my POV. I was unaware that it was an illegal software.
GR 6.17 states that, "It is forbidden to use OBS and any similar software's for recordings. All overlays must be recorded. | Ban 30 days."
In my opinion Xbox Gamebar and OBS have nothing in common other than the fact that they record your screen, which is no different than any other service used to record POV's. I was told that Xbox Gamebar was considered illegal because it doesn't record my voice, but I can provide a POV from a previous date that proves otherwise. However, all that being said I have installed FBX as recommended by Mascot Mafia and I will be using that to record my POV's from now on.
I enjoy playing on this server very much, I have spent a lot of time and money within the server, and I try very hard to follow all the rules to prevent something like this. Being that this is my first offense I would appreciate if administration would give me another chance on this one and appeal my ban.
