. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) The first and most important reason is from the time i have joined the city my first organization which i joined is a leo org i have served in many different leo organization as a HC multiple times during this time period i have gain much knowledge about this organization related to its work experience and many thing more being in this organization i have worked in different departments and i think now i have a confidence that i can run this organization in more active and sufficient way or i can say in more good and active way. because i have seen sometime there is a need of many experienced leo or officers that can actually run a department in a good way i will make sure i will bring this type of officers to the organization

The second reason is i have different ideas that i will apply if i get the term i will try to give everyone a good environment of work in which every one is respectful to others because i have seen this problem or i can say issue that if a officer is on a high rank in the organization then he is not respecting his junior officer and not treating the junior officer in a good way which i think needs to be fixed and i will make sure to provide it because everyone is needed to be treated equally. and recent times i also seen that high commands are very strict to junior officers who recently joined the organization and they are still trying to understand the rules i will try to remove this strictness as much as i can but in a limit because strictness is one of the important things in many cases and situations and the most important thing i have also seen that in the past there is inactiveness in the organization i will make sure that this inactiveness will be removed completely from the organization from all departments i will make sure that every department is full filling the requirements' and active enough 24/7

3) The third Reason is Removing favoritism from this department from my past i have seen it that many officers were getting promotion without having a good or i can say not having a proper experience its my first priority to remove this favoritism from this organization so every one get justice and their desired ranks as much hard work they will do.

. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- The first step which i take to increase Role play level in this organization is to add some new and updated way to train the new officers not just stay at arrest i will try to make a officer that they can take self decision in any situation with out any stress or something like that so every single person will enjoy RP as much as they can....
- In the second step i will try to make a good relation ship with other organization because in many situation the communication will play a very good and important role to win the situation and i will make sure that this communication with other different organization will me improved if i get the term.....

SWAT {Special Weapons And Tactics} is a special team which Respond to every Situation which is not handled by normal Leos there job is to protect and fight against dangerous criminals and gangs they also use special types of weapon which they are only allowed to use

PR:
PR {Public Relations} is a team which organizes different events for civilian of Los Santos their job is to make more creative events and attract with civilians as much as they can . there main priority is make and lead different events

HRT
HRT {Human Resources and training} their job is one of the most important job in the whole organization their job is to hire new officers to the organization and also their job is to train them regarding to rules of this organization. they also take interviews of newbies

IA {Internal Affairs}
IA {Internal Affairs} is another very important department in the whole organization there job is to caught and deal with different cases and keep the corruption away from this organization there is to kept their eyes on different units if they are specious that they are involve in criminal activity their job is to investigate it and caught them.

IB {Investigation Beuro}
IB {Investigation Beuro} it is like under cover department their job is to go to different situations like store robbery and try to collect as much evidences as they can and they will also make sure that the evidence they are collecting is valid....
