I was in a situation where, I was in the water and FIB cuffed me in the water and I told them they can't do it
You can ask the gods!

And he asked the gods and Syndra Parabehum replied its not power gaming and you can cuff him in the water

later I just said maybe he is new he don't know would ask senior admin
and he banned me for Indirect insult Admin

Please look into this
It was wrong punishment

Any Leo can cuff you in water. Nothing unrealistic by Limits of the Game. You cannot be Disrespectful to admins.
