Hello sir, yesterday I was playing with my friend and mining candies in the Christmas Candy's mining event, But suddenly a message pops up saying that "you have been disconnected", ani-cheat code #1023. And once I logged back to check why it was showing like that I got a message saying Your Account is blocked, by 'Napal Fedorov' sir for 9999 days. The reason is anti-cheat #1023. When this happens the server time is 10:52 and 4:19 IST.
I am writing this Forum on 6:11 server time and 11:44 IST.
Sir i won't do anything that violates server rules and never cheated or did anything wrong, so I'm not sure what happened cause it is the first time I got banned for doing absolutely nothing. Please sir i can't login to my account neither can I play. I hope you can help me regarding this issue.
