The Guy name with Noel Alex who is from FIB he found this guy doing Corruption i think, So he put a Local and requested for backup
Then i went there and listen to both of him what's the situation they told me many things then i told my FIB agent Noel Alex to Drop him out
of the Car to check his ID then he drop him and uncuff him then he js done a Code A
