Melly Mane was born in the Vinewood Hills in a wealthy family but then his Grandparents passed away and he was alone he lost all his wealth in his addiction of gambling. he never forgot the teachings of their Grandparents which taught his to never give up, his faiths had taught his how to fly airplanes also to drive cars properly. Melly Mane was great shooter he taught Melly how to aim and helped his in developing good shooting skills. After his Grandparents died he started to work as a leo in SAHP he gained experience as hr. Then he got betrayed by their friends in SAHP and he left the organisation. Due to his good flying skills he was able to make a living as a pilot.
he retied from being a pilot as he had sufficient money but then he got addicted to drugs as he was under bad influence by his friends. Then he started working as a driver to find a way to escape from his addiction. Then people started to tease his so he got angry and left his job. his mothis had taught his shooting so instead of not doing anything he started giving shooting classes. Then one of his students told his to join SAHP so he joined sahp in hope of gaining more experience. He then started to work hard and got the position of chief of hr. Henceforth he started living a great life.
OUTCOMES:
Outcome 1- Melly can easily win a 1v2 situation with his experience in state orgs. ( without breaking any server rule )
Outcome 2- Melly can carry a hidden, waterproof ballistic camera in his belt 24/7 & doesn’t need to refresh it
Outcome 3- Melly can easily drive cars (except supercars) on rough roads without breaking any RP.
Outcome 4- Melly can offer to become a citizen hostage for a maximum of $100,000 and a leo hostage for maximum $50,000
