1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been loyal to this project for nearly 3 years as both a player and leader. Despite facing some setbacks, I’ve always come back to try improve the server so everyone can have a fun time. At the end of the day, this is a game and we all come here to relax and enjoy. Over the years, I’ve planned some of the most memorable events the server has seen (most recently the Christmas Gift Hunt with Jonny) and have been called by many as one of the best LI and gang leaders. I feel that my punishment history is not as bad compared to many other players, showing my understanding of the rules and setting a good example. I also have nearly 8,000 messages in the official GRP discord server, most of which are helping others and answering questions. I’ve done everything I wanted to as a roleplayer and a normal player, and now I want to take one final step for GRP: contribute as an admin to support both the new and old generations of Grand Roleplay before it’s too late

3. What are your strengths?
I believe I would make a great admin because I have many strengths that will help me in the role. I am a quick learner which means I'll be able to learn the ins and outs of admin very quickly. My problem solving skills help me to find solutions under pressure which I feel is a big thing for admin. I also have strong time management skills which I believe I have proven in my 5+ terms as a leader where I have always met the targets set to me by my Curators or Seniors. Again, my leadership experiences have shown that I can communicate with players of all levels, something I will keep the same as an admin
4. What are your weaknesses?
As much as I’d like to say I have no weaknesses which may seem like the case, there are a few I should mention. I find it hard to work with fake or people with big egos, but I will always keep a calm and composed mind as an admin as I know you have to be balanced and fair as one. I also am an overachiever, which can sometimes come across as taking on more than I should be. However, I see these more as reflections of my dedication and commitment to performing at my best rather than weaknesses
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Perspectives as an experienced player, good communication skills, fast response time. I’m not a one trick pony, I have experienced all sides of the server from state to crime to turfs to unofficial to LI so I know wherever I’m placed, I won’t feel like a stranger
