Me and My Partner, Malcom Jaeger, were responding to a landslide on Great Ocean Highway. Everything was going fine except towards the end when a white Porche rolled up towards the end. Luckily, they came by at the right time because the landslide just cleared up but, as I was removing the barricade I got VDMed by the Porche with the two suspects in it and they ran. As they were running I decided to pull out my Carbine Rife and discharge it a few times at the vehicle. These actions can be seen in the video attached to this report. I recommend going through the clip frame by frame to confirm the IDs.

ID 46341 will receive a punishment for VDM.
