1. Criminal experience and leadership skills:
First of all my journey through the criminal world has given me the knowledge and skills about the illegal world and teach the ability to navigate the challenges of this criminal life previously i was leading an unofficial family in which i have successfully handled the Leadership of family and gained respect from family members and i also have the ability to unite members and achive the goals this background makes me a strong candidate to empower Los Santos Vagos in the city.
2. Deep Connection with the Criminal Community:
Before sometime i have built strong relations and a network of loyal friends in the criminal world in the city of Los Santos My understanding of the city criminality of players and also the other criminal organizations gives me a strategic advantage to lead the Los Santos Vagos very effectively. My relations with the criminal system ensure that I can make strong alliances and make my leadership strong and achieve goals for the organization.
3. Expanding the Vagos’ Dominance:
As a Leader, I aspire to push Los Santos Vagos to new heights via increasing its territory also diversifying its operations and establishing the name of Vagos inside the city. My vision consists of organized growth into high bonuses with fortifying inner loyalty and maintaining our dominance in both the ghetto and inside the city of Los Santos. My experience with criminal operations will make me strong for the leadership and my dreams becomes a truth.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advices to improve the RP (Role Play) in the organization are these steps:
1. First of hire the members with the good experience in the city. Like Minimum level Criteria will be set to be invited in the organization.
2. Making the Constructive environment in the Organization like if a members is breaking the rule other member will be able to stop him from breaking rule and if he doesn't stop or disrespect any other player this case will lead him in Blacklisted from organization.
3. For making good environment good bonus will be provided to members.
4. If an unexperienced player joined gang to experience RP this is our first priority to teach him the rules and give him friendly Environment.
5. Follow the Rules of city and Ghetto.
Goals to achieve in my Leadership:
1. Try to win maximum turfs.
2. Try to do more gunstore and Highway robberies.
3. Attend all gang events with proper rules.
4. Hire More members in gang.
5. With the help of my Gang Members try to do maximum FZ Raids.
