Hello dear admin, first of all wishing you a happy new year.
I was punished for general rule 6.23, also known as bug abuse. What I did wrong was logging into the zone after it had started. I was unaware that this is considered bug abuse and thought it was event rule 1.3 (starting in the zone). I have 0 punishments on my account and I kindly request you to give me a chance and revoke this ban. I am truly sorry for what I did i am a player from Server 1 RS where rules are different.

Please once think from my perspective i just joined EN 2 server from different and its hard to learn all rules also i have a clean punishment history before this ban without any punishments.
