Me and my friend were driving in the city, when one of the officer demanded us to pull over. Assumed us of over speeding (which we did, no doubt) but then few other Leos joined in. Started discussing things we don't know what, after checking my friend on pda, 184924 stated my friend, Queen Riggs, have 5 wanted levels and took part in store robbery (all old record not current). [around timestamp 2:54] Main issue one of the Leo[173863] handcuffed my friend without giving comms and uncuffed her without giving comms for no reason. Then they let us go without asking for any fine or something.
