I turned off the game sound and discord sound because I had a headache, it doesn't say that you can't turn it off in any kind of rules, this was because of my current situation because it is 15v15 in famwar and 30 people are shooting at the same time and it is very headache-inducing, so I turned off the sound and I got banned because of this, I don't believe it is fair.

If my in-game sounds were on, it would have come, but it did not come because I turned it off, so this is not related to my screen Recorder, this is because I turned off the in-game sounds because my screen recorder cannot record a sound that is not there.
