Actually i am using my Own Car [ Grotti Vision ] which dont abuse 6.21 (impossible to shoot players inside) if u shoot properly we get hits i have proof

Only the Glass is bulletproof, all other parts you can shoot through. Its partially armored. This time your warning will be lifted
