bas dear admin I was banned by event rule 1.7 for not recording a pov I didn't record the pov because my disk ran out of capacity I know it's no excuse because I should have seen that the disk was full and for the first time I don't present the pov you can check in all my reports that I always presented the requested povs I know that it's my fault and no one else's because it was my fault for not checking the disk capacity I came to ask if they could remove the ban because it was the first time it happened and I won't let it happen again.
