They told you to stop, probably you didn't heard because of the car horn. Also at timestamp 3:33 in your POV you can hear he said "Come".

You have to fear for your life, you simply can't run away after dropping weapons. If you are not sure when to run, just ask them if you can go or not.

Correct decision, you cannot simply run away, they still point guns and nobody tells you to leave or demand you something. You also mix ("see you its gang warning" has no RP meaning as you talk about OOC punishments).
