2.1 : I'm Passionate about LSPD I have soft corner for lspd as it was my first leo organization i always tried to get to know things about lspd and then i grinded lspd now i'm at place i can lead other people to be a great officer and Help organization roll out well and to Server the Organization
2.2 I have worked in Various departments of LSPD , so i know what is the essence of that department , i e , iam confident enough i will make best term with best department and it should be rolling out properly
2.3 AS lspd got disbanded no towing in city people parked like everywhere no one following traffic rules People over speeding racklessly driving , atm robberies in city has gain the count and someone need to stop this this is why i wanted to be leader of LSPD
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
3. 1 I Love towing , it is most important aspect of lspd and also important aspect of Roleplay situation , Towie rank has been neglected because it low level rank so what iam doing with respected curator approval if i get term i m changing the rank to rank 16 so people will grind for the towie rank
3.2 Different department for towing , like if i get term iam doing it with respected curators approval , and another thing me and my deputies will be working in three different shifts so leaders will be available 24/7 in city and we will make sure towing is taking place 24/7
3.3 Collaboration with different orgs , for example we just won a store robbery we will call LI to shoot the coverage ad publish in to weekly news then we can use LI radio station for Our open rec ad posting , then we can do special training and share tactics with NG it will help my organization (LSPD) to get good relationship with other org that we do in gang raid and Black market Raid

As A good leader always Have to keep Cool mind iam that person who never tolerate any kind of Favoritism and Corruption and I don't do any kind of toxicity
i talk to people in way that i make them love me and then they stop Argue and Talk in smooth way , In the SAme way i will maintain Good relation with other organization , About my Experience COs in Lspd , then multiple time HOd in lspd , fib,sahp and then dhod as well in those 3 orgs in every department like UC , HRT , PR , IA , Traffic department , Swat , Sau , Thats It .
