2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1) -I have spent multiple terms in LSPD and other legal organizations as a HC. This experience has been vital to who I am today . And I'm looking to step up my role play By being a leader of one of the most important organization of the whole project
2.2) I want you to become the leader of this organization because it is the first Leo organization I have joined and I know that it is not only my first organization but also the first organization that many people have joined and I have many beautiful memories there and I want to make beautiful memories for many people and the best way to do that is to become the leader of the organization and oversee this goal myself until I achieve it
2.3) From my previous experience in many LSPD Terms With different leaders, I gained experience from them and learned many things regarding the organization and how to manage the organization in the best way. Plus, I worked in different departments, which helped me understand the organization.
Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
3.1) I will focus on developing the human resources department in terms of training new recruits in the best possible way and in the fastest time, and focusing on all the basics of playing the role of a policeman.
3.2) I will bring a team of the best HC possible and I will take care that they are very active and that they perform their duties in the best possible way and that they are cooperative and that they help the newcomers
3.3) I will take care of the organization's interaction with events and in the city and make it safe so that the citizen gets the best possible experience and be professional in their dealings with citizens and especially with other organizations.
I have many more ideas for improving RP but I would like to show it personally if I am entrusted with this position
