You can see that he was falling down and he was going to die. He was doing f1 at that time and then he came back and took scrap metal. It's bug abuse. Admins gave punishment to me when I did same thing. Then you should give him too. No need RP situtation. It provides an advantage. He had should die and he hadn't should take metal.
