The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
The leader of the Marabunta Grande gang is bored and to cure his boredom, he has organized a hardcore race that will be taking place in different locations in the city of Los Santos, the leader plans on giving out a big cash prize to the 1st place winner of this race. The starting location will be from Marabunta headquarters and the participants have to race their way from there to the Capital and from the there they must switch the vehicles that they are using which will be all provided for them and they must use those new cars to reach the casino, the first 3 people that reach the finish line will win the race!

Admin Requirements:
Spawn vehicles, teleport
Rules of the event:
CR is allowed as long as its not abused. No using weapons.
Prize for the winner:
1st place: $100,000
2nd place: $75,000
3rd place: $50,000
