Rejected Jailed/Warning for RDM at Black Market

Afternoon Administration,
Pretty sure it was either Friday or Saturday myself and a few others in my family where inside Black Market when a group of three started killing players that were shopping. I ran to the back part of Market were my friends were shopping because one of the members we were with had a shop so I told them what was happening and I didn't even have time to equip my body armor before the were shooting at us.
Understandably it wasn't much long after this was pretty fed up and ended up just going to sleep to only wake up to being imprisoned for rdming even though not only did we not start it but don't even think we dropped one of the people in the group, at least I know I sure as shit didn't so I don't understand how I could be jailed and warned for something by definition I didn't even do
Made a contact admin and contacted Kareem Miller who issued the jail and warning and was told unless I had pov there was nothing he could do so contrast I would like to see the POV of me RDMing or any proof submitted because "Having IDs isn't enough unless there POV backing" but for me I guess it is
