2.why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?(List three reasons)
When i first joined the city,I had a desire to be part of something greater - a gang with Power,Respect and good Legacy.During my search for a gang to join,I stumbled upon The Families.Given the immense history and reputation of the Groove st,It struck me how vital it is to restore its legacy.
UnfortunatelyThe Families have lacked leadership for too long,and it's disheartening to see the gang legacy fade away slowly.Im confident that under leadership,i will restore the lost legacy of The Families.The streets of los santos need to fear The Families once again.
In recent times it is clear that the precense of families in the ghetto has fallen,with the other gangs no longer showing respect or fear that once defined us.My goal is to restore that fear,not just through the violence,but also through unity and power of a gang that stands as one.
What I've noticed in the city is that many gangs fall because of internal conflicts.I've been part of orgs that have fallen due to lack of unity.I want to prove whats possible when a gang stands together as one and work towards one goal to bring back the gang's glory.
I will also do the max turf in my term and hire good deputies who know all the rules and doesnt disrespect the people who are new to gang.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation
1. when robbing someone or engaging in any situation,I've seen people talk with others in serious situation by doing some fancy moves and unnecessary movements.
2. when taking hostages i've seen people not using ropes which is not necessary but i do believe it makes the scenario more immersive.It adds a nice detail.Also that people in gangs wont use the try me and other commands which makes the roleplay more immersive.like locking the door of cars when placing a hostage inside car.
3. Most of the times toxicity disturbs the experience such kind of toxicity will not be tolerated and the ones whose responsible will recieve warning or demotion or a kick from gang if necessary.
