That was a house robbery RP situation. You were given enough time and countdown to leave the area but you were trying to establish friendship with house robbers which is not the right time to do. At 1:06 for a person far away from you it will look like as if you are not leaving the area since you hit the car and stopped which could have led the person to think you stopped at the car to take out the gun from your trunk.
