Leader of LSPD (Los Santos Police Department)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1) -I have spent multiple terms in LSPD and other legal organizations as a HC. This experience has been vital to who I am today also, it has given me a role play character that I am proud out of today. . And I'm looking to step up my role play By being a leader of one of the most important organization of the whole project And to implement new things to the organization



2.2) I would like to become the leader of this organization because it was the first organization I ever have joined before. It was one of the best experiences I had in the city and I had many, many.Nice memories in it and had a lot of fun. I would like to relocate that memorys that I I had And create new ones by becoming the leader and take a new experience



2.3) I have spent a lot of time on this project.In different aspects of organization From being in LSPD and SAHP To being in GOV and FIB The time that I have spent in the project Had made me achieve Many skills from leading and managing And communicating I come to myself and said after achieving all of these skills and experience, it's time to take the LSPD department on my shoulders


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

3.1) I will set to have a High Command team that are calm and can handle situations making for a more professional and fit High Command team that will set a good example to the lower ranks, This will overall make the Role play better since everyone will be listening to High Commands that are knowledgeable and can help in multiple situations. This will lead to there being set standards that the LSPD will lead to understanding and following making for a more professional team.



3.2) I will make sure that my HRT team is always active with HR units to train the newcomers to and hire the citizens that are interested to join our organization.I'll make sure that. Each cadet does not get promoted to Patrol officer 1 Until he completes his full training And knows all of the aspects to role play as a officer And I will put an eye and that every unit knows all the OOC rules in the city By making a weekly exam For the OOC and LSPD Internal rules. Plus, we are aiming to make a handbook to guide our units how to work in LSPD



3.3) I will improve the Towing system By making a new promotion system and bonus system that is related to how much cars do you tow weekly And this system will apply for each unit from chief of Staffs until all down to cadets and any failure to do the requirements the system has applied to you will receive to punishments. By this way, we will make sure that each unit is towing and there's always a units towing
