A few days ago, I received two bans on my account – one for GR 1.9 and the other for GR 6.23. I respect the decisions made and fully understand that any violation of the rules results in appropriate punishment. Regarding GR 1.9, I accept the punishment. However, I would like to clarify my perspective. I want to state that I have not traded anything over 5 million or dealt with non-tradable items. At that time, I was new to the server and did not own a car or house. I received permission from my Family Leader to store my items in the family car. Unfortunately, someone else took them afterward. I assure you this was not intentional. I believe you may also recognize that it was a misunderstanding, but I acknowledge that a mistake is still a mistake.
For GR 6.23, which involves bug abuse, I admit that as a new player, I was unaware of this rule. If possible, could you please explain what I did wrong? I promise to learn from this and ensure it does not happen again. I played for only a few days before being banned and did not have the chance to fully explore the server.
I sincerely request that you consider wiping and unbanning my account. I deeply value the opportunity to continue playing, and I assure you that I will follow the rules diligently moving forward. I appreciate your time and understanding.
