as you can see in the pov id 142731 asks for the name of my lawyer i said poppy as his first name he askes for his number but its in my phone he looks on the pda with the name poppy and we all know you cant just put one name in he did this so he didnt have to contact my lawyer so he could put me in jail which is force rp and by doing all that gr 6.4

So regarding the situation , Heres my pov (

) . As in the pov you can see that i made several attmept to call for a DOJ lawyer to which i was replied that department has already been done by one of the doc officer at the time stamp 4:22 . And regarding the the private lawyer i asked him for the number of his private attorney to which he said it was in his phone , So we asked him for his attorney's name so we could could confirm that the name he provided was even real attorney . We came to know that he was lying to us as no one existed by the name he said and regarding any types of spelling error i told him to put the attorney's name in the left eye several times to which he didnt show any type of compliance , So after searching the name " papi " on my PDA which he gave me i verified that there was no one called papi who existed so i continued with my process and processed him. And i would also request the reviewing admin to take a look at the aftermatch in this forum ( On consideration - Provoking + Racism | 113838 ) to get a good understanding regarding the situation and his intensions .

also, the 10-15 has the right to call his private lawyer 3 times in 3min and no one has the right to ask for his name as we saw the NG PG by lying and say that he called him a state attorney

Also to mention, I was there because NG called me to process the 10-15 . And In the above POV it can be seen by me attempting to call a lawyer and take the situation to a lawyers situation, because of that i also asked NG to stay as they were the one with the evidence . But instead of making several attempts , when i was confirmed that a department has been made and The priivate lawyer is not a real person i proceed with the process . And everyone was there was in a higher position than me so i had to obey and take their suggestions and orders into consideration, which i did because i too thought their orders were correct and lawful .

one more thing: ask for the NG POV cuz I am sure he did not ask for a lawyer to confirm the Non-RP by him

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report

No GR 6.4 or Fail RP seen, They clearly asked Name which you provided only half name + A department for DOJ made that can be seen in provided pov.

However,

ID 113838 will receive punishment for Ear Rape
( Mic is too loud where other cant even do RP )
