Today I received a 60-minute penalty due to UB solar. I live in Turkey. Turkey currently hosts 12 million refugees. Many refugees and Turkish citizens who take advantage of this gap are able to settle on empty state-owned lands without permission. Considering the conditions of the country I live in. What I do is not UB.
