Hello Admin team,
I've been in the EN1 leadership blacklist since 8/22/2024. I believe this was invoked by Admin Jessica Odds because I was informed of it by her. This occurred during my last leadership reign of SAHP, I had finally gotten a chance of being a leader of a state organization after my bad term of Government.
Last time during my Government run, me and my deputy decided to speak to our Curator and request a disband just because we had been pushing our OOC limits and that we did not feel confident anymore in running the org in a bad way and didn't wanted to build up an even worse reputation. And so we were disbanded on our own request.
After months of getting rejected on different applications, I was finally approved for leader of SAHP. I went into my Interview and passed against my candidate Ekagra Salvatore. I got the term and began working as a leader. I tried my absolute best to get a term done, being as active as I can be and also trying my best to improve Roleplay in the city. I published multiple PR posters, hosted PR events as per requirements and tried my best to keep my organization as safe as I could, trying and discussing new and innovative ideas of roleplay in the city with curators.
Eventually in the last 5(ish) days of my term, I was asked if I wanted a Second Term to which I politely refused and the curators said okay to that. Curators informed me that my org's night time activity was bad and I needed to fix it. Considering their opinion on it, I made a department called 'Night Owls' and began offering ranks and money to players in an effort to improve night time activity. I myself tried my best to fly in at night/tsunami times to encourage other units to come and be active. But the lack of major events/activities at that timeframe really drained out any motivation to get on-duty.
I was also told that I needed at least 5 units at each event such as a Store Robbery to avoid punishments. I tried my best to fix all the issues addressed by the curators and consistently listened to their requests and demands and even asked if there was any important input that they'd like to suggest to me, as the leader of their org.
Some important mentions are that on 8/16/2024 I was on 2.5 warnings and I was on the brink of disband, I requested my curators to host a warn removal but I didn't get any response, I contacted Senior Curator Jessica Odds for permission to have another curator host it up for me, but I got no response. I eventually dodged that crises as well. On 8/21/2024 at 7:39 PM (EST), I was given a verbal along with other state orgs as well for a thread (can be linked if necessary), this brought my total warnings upto 2 up until that warning. An important thing to note is that, I hosted a warn removal event just a day before that and I was awaiting approval for it, which would bring that down to 1 warn.
I woke up to a disband, I flew in to return org gear/cash and when I asked my curator Chesster Kaelvin (sorry if incorrectly spelled) that why I was disbanded, he simply told me that he doesn't know and that I need to speak to Senior Curator of state. I returned everything and flew out and tried to reach out to Jessica Odds to see if I could even have a proper reasoning on why I was disbanded on 2 warnings. I checked the main Grand Discord and checked if I had any warnings and I saw that I only had 2 warnings before Curators changed my org's status to 'SAHP Disbanded'. I was disbanded on my 25th day of the first term.
Confused by this, I messaged Senior Curator Jessica Odds and asked on why I was disbanded on only 2 warns. The response I got was "You are not a capable leader and are added to the leader blacklist for wasting curators time". I would like to bring attention to the fact that, at no point did I ever intentionally wasted my curator's time nor was anything hinted towards me for doing so.
I am a firm believe in chances, this is just an appeal for my leader blacklist, not to target or to insult anybody in any way. I really hope all of the factors above are taken into consideration and this blacklist is appealed. You can check all my logs, I've been a consistent player for the past 2 years and have had minimal punishments/rule breaks.
